The only real complant I have is that the remote control has a poor screw/holding area for the batteries. The truck is great! works great, looks and sounds/works good!
 Too much siren August 20, 2010

I just purchased this for my grandson's birthday next week. Unfortunately I will return it and look for something else. The fact that the siren is on the entire time the engine runs is just too much. My daughter and her neighbors would not thank me for this toy. It is cute, the service was quick and reliable, but this is a big disappointment to me.

My son loved this truck the one time that it worked. I agree that there is a poor screw holding the battery in the remote, we ordered a second remote and it was the same thing, so it's a design flaw. The truck is very poor quality, I have to make my boys be extremely careful with it so that they don't break it because it definately is cheaply made. the rechargeable battery no longer takes charge for it and we have had it for about 6 months. You would think for an $80 truck they could put a better quality battery with it or a battery that is easily replaceable.
